This was a completely custom order from head to toe. Since its a user- W2 included in the ladder pattern blade to make it a great user. Its got a little recurve on the blade but hard to see in photos. There are thick liners with a thicker bottom liner like Emerson does it. Heavier duty tork screws, bronze bushings and lots of locktite complete d the package. The blade has a higher polish then usual so that there is less contrast to be lost in the steel after use . I should add that the blade is thicker then his usual gents folders as well.

The clip may change to a plain color. I need to see how bright it looks in my pocket.. I like it though.

Don did exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier, and more exited!

See you guys at Blade.. Its been a few years too long! BTW, I can handle any criticism so for those of you who hate blue titanium, convince me why I should change it?
And again Don, I always appreciate what you do for me. You always go the extra mile.

Requesting help on the two knives photographed. A friend picked these two knives up at a yard sale. They are both marked "Lile" in script apparently with an electric pencil. If I remember correctly there was a custom knife maker named Lile, and from what I can remember he built very high quality knives. However these do not appear to be that high quality. So unless these were his very early attempt, in high school shop class, I would assume it is another maker. Any help would be appreciated.
Please pardon the dust and 'ricasso crumbs' on these, I just tossed them on the porch and shot them to get something posted.
I'll have 6-7 knives in Atlanta, and not one is completely done yet.
This San Mai fighter, for example, still needs to get the guard hot-blued.
Early 20th century Bakelite for the take-down handle.
The Hunter is something I've not seen much - if anything - of. The blade is 15N20.
I did a kerosene weld on a billet of 15N20 and was thrilled with the way it has turned out. Even the preliminary performance I experimented with has been fantastic.
Carries an Ebony handle.
Ray Kirk has been making 15N20 knives for some time and influenced me to make this.
See ya'll soon in Atlanta.
I have been using a thrust bearing system on the last few balis I have made and they flip effortlessly. It was a fun project for me.

I have a custom Mel Pardue automatic that I know pretty much nothing about, other than what my husband paid for it back in the mid 1990's. I'd like to sell it, is this the right place to do such a thing?

I don't want to break any website rules.

Thank you,
