Only had it for about 3 weeks or so...One thing that has surprised me about it though is the fact that the coating is (so far) fairly durable. Wonder if its because I've sprayed WD-40 on the blade a couple times before using it?

Same way I don't have a 14, 16, 17, 4, or 5............haven't bought them yet. I just keep watching the exchange for decent users and end up getting one here and there.

For anyone who's always wanted a thinner version of the BK2, this might just fit the bill...

    Blind Horse Lumberjack AT

    Specifications:
    •Overall Length - 9 1/4”
    •Sharpened Edge - 4 1/2”
    •Handle Length - 4 1/2”
    •Steel Type - A2
    •Steel Thickness - 5/32” [.156]
    •Lanyard Hole Size - Medium

It's their monthly special right now so it's at a reduced rate. Around the same price or lower than what the BK10's are going for, but it's A2 steel and has polished micarta handles.

That's the first one in a while that I've actually been interested in. I'd rough up those handles, though....

Can't say I care for the way the "clip" looks. Looks more like an after thought.

Yeah, that bugs me. I was thinking they should either give it a curve for a bowie look or make it more of a drop point.

Right on. Looks like they had a drop point, then decided to grind it.

It's actually a shorter version of their Lumberjack Toothpick...

I think they were going for that parang look on the Lumberjack Toothpick, but I agree it looks kinda funny on the shorter blade.

Then again, I wish the BK10 had the same clip point as the 7 instead of the 10.

yeah, same with the handle hook. and the low grind...
They use good materials, and I like their 'muks, but this one leaves me cold.

Hey guys, I figured I'd drop this here. It's an action scene from a movie. It's a 6 minute long uninterrupted take.

Since you couldn't watch that video, I found another scene from another movie. 3 minute fight scene with no cuts.
