    CUDA -- soutpaw friendly?

All this talk about the shagadelic CUDA made me do a research on it. Unfortunately, didn't find a thread on southpaws using a CUDA.

    Any feedback?

    Titan,

We currently produce two left-handed CUDAs:

CUD2SL 4" Tanto, Partial serration, Lefty
CU21SL 3" Spear, Partial serration, Lefty

The Tanto is quite popular with local LE officers as a Tactical knife for the weak hand.
Please let me know if you get any other results from your research.

    Phil

Phil -- thanks! In Anthony Lombardo's article on CUDA in the TK March 99 issue, he discouraged us lefties in getting one as the opening disk is really for right hand use only. He was right, of course, at that time he wrote the article.

Thank you for introducing a left hand version. The market for southpaw models might be small, but I believe manufacturers can make their effort worthwhile if they market left hand models to right hand persons as back-up to their primary knife carry.

So far KnifeCenter has the most comprehensive pictures and model description of the CUDA on the net. Alas, Mr. Korn has yet to add the two left-handed CUDAs you mentioned.

I really think Camillus should have its own website.

    Thanks for the response!

I for one, am waiting to see the "claw" bladed model. It would be too tempting if available in a leftie-mode. That's the way I carry my workin' blade (on my weak side).
