    Never ever been treated like this before such a shame as the product is good. Still live n learn . PS Dan can i have my money back .

    The author of the article really should have sent the knife back to KSF for a refund or credit. I've had quality control issues with a couple of knives in the past, and had no problems returning them. What I do now is when I place an order, I ask for them to inspect the knife before shipping. So far, no issues since.
