I love 4" Schrade knives. Ken.
This is my EDU: Walden [I had the old handle replaced with bone]

This is the first year [Bone handled - 1961] 8OT:

This is the last year [2004] 8OT:

This one was due to be sold in late 2004, it never made it to produtsion.

These Walden Pre 1973 8OTs were made for John Primble. Note the "OLD TIMER" shield.

Still looking to find a bone handle 8OT. Maybe some day...
Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday.

Hi Bhunter, it took me ten years to find my two.
I sold the first one, to buy the one I have now.
This is my second best Schrade, made in 1966 for Buck... Ken

Has anyone seen one like this.

These 8OTYs were only made for a short time in 1990.

I believe the 8OT in these red bone sets are the best 8OTs Schrade made in 30 years

I got Dad 100 year 8OT collector tin for Christmas at Tractor Supply Company. Little did I know they would be closed so soon.

You need three models to sweeten this pot

*FFA 8OT Stockman-blue sawcut delrin with FFA shield and brass bolsters

*8OT Ingersoll Rand Stockman-black sawcut delrin with brass bolsters.Emblem celebrating 125 years with gold lettering (made in 1996 I believe)

*8OT Copenhagen Stockman-black sawcut delrin with brass bolsters.Copenhagen logo on blade and emblem.Has a serrated sheepsfoot like the 89OT Blazer.

All have 1095 Carbon Steel blades

This is some more of my 4" Schrade knives. The Buck 301 was made by Schrade in 1967.
