Another little gem I picked up on the Exchange arrived today. I'll be fondling this one for the next few days...

Dropped this in my pocket after getting home from golfing. It just came today and is my first full-size trapper and first amber bone. The look and feel is fantastic and I know I will have no problem using this for quite a while.

You guys are probably sick of hearing about/seeing my Bullnose, but I am in love. I finally put a lanyard on it too. I wanted to make a bead out of fatwood, but it is too sticky, so I would have to put varnish on it and ruin the natural beauty. Ah well...
I also started to EDC a soft arkansas a week ago and got to use it for the first time after cutting roots today and dinging up the edge. It scraped against rocks and dirt, but it held a good working edge throughout it all. So this is what field sharp is like...I like it!
**Beautiful pick btw, Rich!!!!
I've been waiting on an 85 for a while. I think I'll be carryin' this one for quite a while!
Not going to get tired of hearing about your GEC 71. Field edges rock![]()
Thanks bud![]()
Those bolsters look extra shiny Kevin![]()

Looking for a good conditioned TL-29, wooden scales with no factory bail(no lock preferred either). PM or Email me if you have one for sale, thanks.
I'm very spoiled with my Lloyd.
But, I have my eye on an Outlaw Jack.
Jeff, I just tossed it in the dirt. Happy now? Ha!
Johnny, I have said it before, love that knife.
S&M Heritage Woodsman...come to papa
Your pic really has some nice lighting, Kevin!
That one could make a grown man cry, Johhny
Thanks Gevonovich! I have to wonder if this warranty blackberry has some updated camera because the lighting was sunset but it did a decent job with the noise![]()
Been taking some engine oil samples. The 2011 forum knife is with me today. I love how nice the slip pouch has become over time. There`s only a few things better than well worn in leather.

I have the smallest Case stockman with me, a 6327 from the 70s with steel liners and carbon blades. Delrin, not bone, but I did get it for under $20. Has some slight blade loss ...I think taking a sub-3" pocketknife to a grinder is the cutlery equivalent of clubbing a baby seal
