I don't know either. I have notes sent out to George and the owner of the Tschagers to find out. I usually get this info ahead of time, but not on these.

    Thanks, guys.

In many cases, Joss, it is Valerio Peli (Italy) who engraves
    Reinhard Tschager's knives.

    Its all in my books...

    Traditional goodness...

It's been a while. Let's look at the beauty of American classic slipjoints:

This is an older piece, that also uses the tortoise shell as the canvas for the artist.

    A mix of non-engraved pieces

The Italian's have a history of style and passion. It shows.

Not intimidated whatsoever by these newcomers:

Thumbs up Elevating a knife with engraving

And, closing shots of alluring beauty:

I've been working like crazy in the past few weeks with my clients. Above is why.

All I can say is WOW

So many beautiful knives and images.

A display such as this thread almost makes one wonder if we are experiencing a renaissance of custom knives.

^^^ Thanks David, much appreciated. I knew you would appreciate Edmund's and Jere's work.

Yes, all of my clients find that an enticing set of images of their knives stir our emotions, sometimes to the point of picking up the phone to enquire further.

I have a number of portfolio shots from makers I will also post soon.

And then the 185 images of Italian auto stillettos that haven't been shown....

It's all good. Thanks to ALL for viewing.

    Hi Jim,

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but if you are asking to show one of these photos somewhere else, go ahead. Please use my link and keep the credit line intact. That's all.
