    The Ht'g Relish Saga Continues

OK!!! Yesterday's story. After mailing out the relish I stopped by Knuckleheads Bar & Grill for lunch. I had a jar of the relish with me. The following pic's are of the barmaid, she is one hot shit. I asked her if she likes hot food and her answer was yes. After the taste test she had a Flaming Asshole Shot with me, Jose, relish and lime. HEHEHEHEHE!!!!
The pic's do not do her justice, she is a fine looking MAMA.

We call that shot a "prarie fire" around here (tobasco instead of relish). She looks pretty hot herself.

She's mighty cute. Got any full body pics? I like how in the third pic she looks like she can't decide whether to laugh, cry or shit her pants... the relish will do that to a person!

I think you took the 4th picture first before she tasted the HTR.
She is smiling and still willing to touch the bottle in that one....

She is a trooper. I couldn't believe that she did a shot with me after she sampling the HTR. HEHEHEHE!!!
I gave her the jar for being such a sport.
I also got a few more people, but didn't get any pic's. This Lil Oleman tried it and his wife almost died laughing.

+1 Tabasco is the watered-down urine of the HT relish monster.

I must say, though...this stuff is quite a bit hotter than HT relish. Doesnt taste as good, though:

    Blairs Mega Death Sauce:

I need to try some of your relish, but I doubt I could handle it. I'll start working my taste buds up with some cayenne etc.

    IG, Lil' Dave,
I think a gauntlet has been thrown down...(smile)

I looked up that Mega Death sauce on line, and they don't even say "no more than a half drop" or "do not use full strength...only as a "something"...not directly full strength...

It is a New Hampshire/ Mass. border war....

I know I am not only an instigator, I must humbly admit that I am an "HTR virgin"....but not for long!!!!! Its in the mail!!!!!
    Psyched, Psyched!!!!
By the way that young lady IG posted pics of is a PYT, and a good sport (whose tastebuds must be damaged)...
I don't remember when my hands/fingers didn't have wrinkles. age spots..... but I am still thinking about running my rice rocket up to readline this year....foolish, huh?...
If I could get another Harley, it would be a FatBoy or a V-Rod.....and I could get to Mass in under 7 hours.....

IG's stuff has way more falvor and great aftertaste. I had a jar of the smoked stuff that lasted forever. The blairs stuff is more of a pure hotness taste, and I think its mainly meant for adding to chili and other sauces wheras I put the HTR right on fajitas, etc.

Youre in for it, though. If youre not used to habanero heat, be prepared to cry like a baby.

Not to talk out of turn, but IG might still have enough to send you some. If not, let me know and I'll share my jar with you... a little goes a LONG way!

That prairie fire was 1 1/2 oz equal parts of Jose and tabasco (3 oz full shooter). Not nearly as hot as many I came across later. Daves Insanity and then Daves Total Insanity are far hotter (the total insanity at least tastes good...well better). At the BBQ joint I was bartending at the owner had some connections and got some stuff from Mexico that was habanero based. I can't remember the names, but there was a habanero based sauce that came in both the green and the ripe (orange). It was a small bottle and was basically a puree of habanero. The green was hot. The orange was an eye opener to say the least. That was a decade or so ago...where does the time go?

I did the dirty trick with the daves insanity on many people. I did lose a bet with a dude that told me he could eat 15 Taco Bell tacos in 30 minutes. I changed that bet to 5 tacos and 30 minutes, but I would select the hot sauce. Each of the five tacos had 1/2 teaspoon of daves insanity on it. I lost the bet. He started to wolf down the tacos as fast as possible (a good strategy really). The heat shut him down after three tacos. He was sweating like I have never seen before. He finished the tacos and I lost the bet. Strangely, he never wanted to bet with me anymore. HEHE, the funniest part is that he said that he lost his hearing for a minute or two.

Since then there are some hot sauces that rival the Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese chilies. In fact they use "extract" that comes from the hottest peppers anywhere (refined from the scotch bonnet/habanero). There is one called "the source" that looks like black tar and really stringy. Thanks, but no thanks.

I have tasted the habanero in its raw form and then the resulting sauces. That was enough experimenting for me. My colon is no longer my enemy. HEHE. I am glad that IG is still out there starting fires as it were. I'm done with the exremes. Give em hell, IG!!

You have to come out for a visit. Fly into Green Airport in RI and it a 40 minute drive to my shop.
