Nice pic, ITE. Yup, these are the ones I have 1 orange, 1 black left out of a stash of them I bought, probably 10 years ago. For some reason they were blowing them out somewhere, so I picked up a pile.

Any "logic" as to why they did this?? Seeing the 2 numbers on the box is really puzzling to me. Even after reading the other thread.

Thanks harlycarly, I don't have a black one yet, but I'm working on it... On the 422s... I don't have a box for one that as a 112 blade... That's why I would like to see if it has 422 or 112 on the box, like the 424 does... Same with the 426/110... Buck did make a lot of them... So there easy to find on the bay... ITE ...

Thanks David, I've seen different blades in the 424s, 422s, and 426s in the Bucklites... I've seen 110s with 426 blades and 112s with 422 blades and I know there are others... In the Bucklites I always see the different blades in the orange and black handle ones... Have you seen any other color Bucklites with different blades??? ITE

I have two of these 422's, 1 user with a new sheath and 1 nib. 3 line stamp with 1 dot. 1984? I think I have another somewhere that has a later issue handle with the longitudinal groves, in gray, that says "Workman" but can't find any info about it.. maybe I'm just hitting the pipe??
