Interesting...how in the world do you keep your grinds so even on such a loooong blade!?!?!? Very nice.
When I saw that movie I knew I had to make one . It was actually what got me started in knife making . Well , many years later I finally got around to it .
This sword was convex ground from a piece of 36" x 2" x 1/4" D-2 bar stock .
O.A.L. is 31 "
Blade is double edged and 20 " tip to guard .
Fittings are also D-2 with red liner and leather spacer's , black paracord wrapped over leather
weight is 2 pounds 2 oz. , balance point is 1-1/2" in front of guard .
Paul Bos heat treated ,
It is sharp as I found out too many times so far .
This piece was designed to be a thrust and cut warfare weapon , not for chopping up trees or cars . It will do that but I would hope one would not .
It has 2 imperfections , a grind mark between the 1st and 2nd hole and the micarta at the end of the tang had a gap that was filled with dyed epoxy .
I am asking $450.00 for a USPS M/O or $460.00 using pay-pal , I am splitting pay-pal fees with buyer.
Shipping will be actual cost from my zip code 98638 to ?? The weight is about 4 lbs . Sorry but shipping only in the cont. USA for this.SOLD
Hope is is liked , thanks for looking and comments .

Cool! Thanks for posting them again!
Id like to see some pictures of this. Im also wondering if it can be made again. Im a fan of movies like steel dawn, and i am a huge DavidCarradine fan and i collect his movies and i own a signed Hanzo sword .David used a sword in the movie the warrior and the sorceress and i was wondering if it was possible for anyone to make a sword like that It had the symbol of his order The Homeracs on it
that pic shows the hilt
and the blade of the sword looks to be about three feet long and it is slightly curved with no fuller. if i could ever have this sword made i would never need another thing as long as i lived lol seems crazy but i love that sword
Schwartzy , e-mail me and I will send you some pictures .
