hey guys, i recently purchased a benchmade 275 adamas and i really love it its officially my new edc and i thought it would be cool to have custom orange scales made for it to match my casio paw1500gb-1 and my fenix tk-15 which are both black and orange





and honestly when i use it i feel like i'm holding the fabled bk-2 folder

The Sami Becker


Basically took the blade of the BK7 and added it to the handle of the traditional sami knife



To this day the handle of the Sami knife is the best handle I have ever used for chopping. The normal Becker handle is quite good as well, but still not as good as that of the Sami knife

Alright, so I'm at the end of my road for ideas on the bk2. So here's what I'm going to do. You guys vote (in a separate thread if needed) for the top "idea" that was provided here in this thread as mod for a bk2 and I'll make it. Who knows maybe there will be a contest for the knife after it's done.

In the mean time while you guys figure things out I have a 17 to order and get to work on.

I'm not hating that idea...but I was thinking more along the lines of ways to modify the bk2 blade as it is.

We usually see diagrams that people here try to name.
Lemme try the reverse route and throw in a cpl names that interested parties can mock up.

I should have clarified, I was just asking for somone with GIMP or something to draw it up. Here is my idea for your BK2: Jimped, clipped, etched (cliched), etched (your bh#), and reground to a full flat.

I thought about making one, the khukris have a stick tang so you can pretty much make whatever damn handle shape you want for it...Lost interest in the project though.

That damn 10-inch BK2 design..... holy geez.... I keep throwing cash at my monitor but nothing is happening....

Ship that thing with a large plastic/kydex sheath (i.e. - NOT a nylon style ala BK9) and I would be in heaven.

I like the Ranger RD9.. in theory... but a Becker would be better... as always.
