What is the difference between the 0560 and 0561?

i believe that it was said that on future knives they are going to smooth the jimmping a bit. that is the only complaint i have only on the lock bar though i like it sharp on the top of the handle personally.

Jimping is part of what makes this model such an awesome knife. I think it's just fine and could even be more aggressive.

Different strokes for different folks. I guess.

Got my 560 today...me like!

If we use those threads then this never ending thread dies. And the CBCF is still a 560 and fits in the "coming" category. I guess keeping this the longest running thread is a bit silly, but why not?

I think I deformed mine creating a sharp bur by dropping it or somehow. I cut myself on the jimping or something the other day. Hurt like a nasty paper cut. I reached in to my pocket to grab something while it was clipped to my pocket and I cut the side of my thumb. I checked to be sure the blade was closed and it was. It was definitely the jimping.

I knocked the edges off mine a bit when I first got it so I think it must have been dropped and deformed the titanium in to a sharp bur or something. I can't find a spot sharper than the rest though. Even from the factory the jimping wasn't that sharp, just slightly. The second 0560 and 0561 I have don't have sharp jimping at all.

I still really love this knife. It hasn't left my side except for job interviews and weddings since I got it back in January or February.
