    Hi Kiah,

Can your new press do Kydex for 30 inch swords?

One is a 30" blade and the other is a 29" pair of double swords that has a spacer inside of the balsa wood sheath it came with to separate the two swords. They have flat handles on one side so it would be like making a 3 layer sheath, instead of 2. Thickness is about .4" on the single sword at the hilt, about .25" each for the double set. They each taper down evely to the point.

Here are some images of what the swords look like.

They weren't pricey swords but they are heavy duty, high carbon steel and I use them a fair amount, it seems that they could benefit from some good quality sheaths.

Honestly, I'm not sure Bill, but since I've been getting all my stock from CKK lately, I don't have the material for that length. Pieces are cut to 24", so 20" is about the max on blade length. If I decide to order some full sheets at some point I'll let ya know though.
