We appreciate your interest in our service. We can provide fast accurate custom machining. Our waterjet is designed to do 2D cutting on plate, sheet & bars. Table size is 48" x 96" and can do any thickness of material you'll ever need for the trade.

Thickness, size of raw material and blank profile geometry are the variables that make up the price. The knife blanks are all custom orders so we are always interested in the details so we can make the most blanks for the money for our customers. We have been in the waterjet business over 11 years doing thousands of jobs across a wide variety of markets but the knife makers work is by far the most rewarding (cool market & people vs. boring industrial applications).

We can work from your patterns and create the CAD data necessary to produce the blanks. The quality of the patterns we’ve been dealing with has been all over the place, some really precise & some not so much. We can smooth things out and make them look good before any material is cut. That's also another benefit that adds to the value of our service and we don't charge you for it. We just ask that you continue to use us on your future orders if you feel it is beneficial to your process. Added geometric options such as holes on location, internal stock reduction in the handle area and consistency normally outweigh the cost of the blanks. Most all of the material we work with besides knife making steel is very expensive so we always try our best to get the best yield possible.

If there is an issue, we would like to be the first one to know about it. So rest assured we are looking out for both our interests.

Due to the nature of the job shop environment, we take scheduling and on time delivery seriously. We understand lead time is critical. Under our ISO9001:2008 certification we are monitored for our workmanship and delivery performance. Our on time delivery speaks for itself, we maintain a 98% plus score for on time product delivery.

If you haven’t done waterjet before, we know you want to try it. For those of you that have used waterjet but did not have the desired outcome, give us a call at 231-893-2605 and talk to Mark, you’ll be glad you did or PM him with your contact information and he will get in touch with you right away. We respect the craftsmanship of the trade and look forward to hearing from you soon.

You did a great job, Mark. That sure beats trying to saw them out. Can't get that close with a saw for sure. See you in Atlanta.

I'm certainly sold on you guys. I've got a few pieces that are just too oddly shaped to be practical in the shop but, Mark knocked them out in no time at all. The service was great, communication was prompt and the cost was more than reasonable.
