I had a couple tree branches in my way today and the fixed blade I had didn't have enough weight to chop well, so I used my SR-1Al.

Didn't do that bad of a job. It bit well, and the knife didn't slide around any.

    Thought I'd share

I've acquired a few more HQ folders since I came across the SR-1 in April, most of them considerably more expensive. They all have their good traits, some even surpassing the SR-1 in one way or another, but none in every way and certainly not when price is factored into the equation.

If I had to pick the best overall / bang-for-the-buck folder out of the ~20 I have, the SR-1 would be it!
