I am flabbergasted, and perhaps a little dismayed, that no one has mentioned MrDagon007: impeccable taste, extremely knowledgable, ultra-classy fella...

Im pretty fond of cutlerylovers reviews myself I just think he's a regular down to earth guy who has very realistic expectations for his knives and isn't overly obsessed with the tactical craze.

Why does he wear all that camouflage?

I don’t care if he serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air force, he is still a glorified mall ninja.

Why do you say that Edwood7? He seems to know his stuff pretty well. Better hope he doesn't read your post and drop a 25# bag of flour through the roof of your house (by accident of course )

My favourites now are Virtuovice and Stefan Schmalhaus. Both have a very personal take on the subject. And they are not obsessed with self defense.
I barely watch any other knife channels these days. Except occasionally Katabunga, because it's refreshing to hear a girl's opinion on various knives.

    +1 to that.

I'll be honest. It started with Nutnfancy for me. Is it just me or do I get the vibe that a lot of people feel like they have to add side notes to explain why they do or do not watch him?

My favorites at the moment are (in no particular order)...
jumpthemap: Doesn't put on any airs, just seems like a normal guy that enjoys knives and outdoor stuff and likes to talk about them
thecajunblaze: Not always the most informative about the nuts and bolts, but he's very engaging (and pretty hilarious) and offers his unvarnished opinions. He reminds me of the awesome grizzled uncle that everyone seems to have, the one that took us fishing and hunting on the weekends growing up.
MrJimbofox: He strikes the best balance between providing structured nuts-and-bolts information about knives, offering his own subjective opinions, and not sounding mechanical or monotonous.

I notice I've been avoiding the mall ninja-type videos out there (also why I won't touch anything Cold Steel with a ten foot pole, btw), as well as all the embattled politics and paranoid discourse that seem to inevitably come with talking about knives and guns. "No, they're not putting Communism in our kid's drinking water."

nutnfancy...hes the best for the simple fact he dosent cut paper or toilet paper or cement blocks or water bottles, aren't you just so tired of that shtick already....
i didn't mind this virtuovice guy, but then i noticed he just cuts the back straps off the animal ...wtf...what do you do with the rest of the animal..dosent gut em ,just the backstraps ,sometimes the antlers he likes to hang his keys on them...... i hate that kind of thing,s o i dont dig him no mo, also cutlery lover and sweetknives

Nutnfancy is alright, but he doesn't make any videos about some of the largest companies out there; ESEE, Becker, Busee, Emerson, Mora, Fallkniven, Himalayan imports...
Sorry, but you are just plain wrong on this one. I know for a fact he has done a few Fallkniven vids. I'm pretty sure he has done ESEE and Emerson as well. I don't specifically remember one about Becker, Busse, Mora or Himalyan but as many vids as he has uploaded, I'd be shocked if they weren't in there somewhere.

Please do not use the knife discussion forums for these types of threads. If it is not directly about knives, it belongs someplace else.
