Yes. One has nothing to do with the other.

It shouldn't. Having the nose tilted down or up is uncomfortable.
Based on your pics, your rig looks pretty well set up for a general purpose mountain bike.

Here is a pic of my 11 year old son in the bike limbo competition at this year's Westchester (NY) Fat Tire Bike Festival:

    Amen brother.

    J. too much money for that man. Make them pay.
Just walk to the shop with one of your trenchers in hand, I bet they will give you your money back and a new one for free.

Two places carbon fiber don't belong- seatposts and stems.

I snapped a fancy carbon seat post also.

    200 dollar seat post!
    holy smokes
Id be on the phone with their tech support first thing
    in the morning...
"So how can I remove the bike and the rest of your broken seat post outta my ass?"

Seriously,is that an item that "normally" breaks for serious riders,
and thats why they make carbon fiber ones?
Cant be a weight issue, that saves what,2 ounces in a seat post...
    Man...
    sucks
    glad your able to type.

The CF is also supposed to keep vibration for being transmitted to the seat. Not that I have one, just saying.

I wasn't injured. It just broke. I tore it off so I could jam it back into bike. And finish my ride. I was meaning to get rid of it anyway. Cause I knew it would happen
