I did say i was patiently waiting didn't I....?
I don't want any ruined photos until their specialness is finished properly and posted for all to be shocked and awed.
my hawk showed up today and is perfect sir. great work as usual. it's got more heft than i imagined (which i like). the handles mixed with the 1/4 thickness make for a very filling grip. the blade shape is great and allows for you to choke way up and use it like a knife. all around great design. when i get the chance to get out in the woods and play a bit more with it, i'll do a full review. but i'm very pleased with this hawk.
thanks a ton john. i really appreciate it.
Thank you! Glad it arrived so quick.

My hawk showed up this morning and is worth every penny that I paid for it John. It has more weight to it than I imagined and feels great in hand. The sheath was top notch and rides comfortably on my belt. I like the oak handls more than I thought I would and the black liners look great with it. My wife and I just closed on a house last night so after we move and get settled in I'll post a review of this little beast.
Glad you like it, and congrats on the house.
