I ve used and abused many Duas. Lockbar problem? Hmmm. I dont know. They are built like tanks. I would bet a Dua could cut an Acies in half!!!

What does this mean exactly, that flash900 couldn't have an issue with a Dua? Your enthusiasm for Grayman knives is plain to see but clearly they're not for everyone (almost 99% of everyone).

I think their stubborn refusal to put a decent edge on this and the Satu is frustrating.

How would you know anything about it -- did you examine my lockbar?

You go on the ignore list.

You make me laugh! I only come on here now when something is brought to my attention. The ignore list? Do we have one of those?

Yeah we have one. I guess you made his. I agree we should discuss these offerings and not call names or make ridiculous or sarcastic remarks either.

My first Dua had lateral blade play and lock bar issues as well. My replacement has been perfect though. Let's remember fellas, anything made by our hands can and will be flawed. The important thing is that Graymans customer service is outstanding.

Of course a knife can have a lock bar issue! Some of my favorite high end knives(yes i have knives other than Graymans) have had lock bar issues. I think my wiseguy sarcasm was taken way too literally by a few here. Apologize guyz! Glad to hear that a great manufacturer has great service and stands by their product!

well i just got two knives in the past few days...here are some photos....
one is a grayman dua with carbon fiber....this knife is bad ass. i think its awesome. a little heavier than i'm used to carrying and will probably not carry this one when i wear dress pants....i prefer lighter weighted blades for dress pants (small sebenza, acies2, skyline etc). Lock up is tight and blade is SHARP. i really am going to enjoy using this one.
the comparison photo is an orange scaled enlan f710. orange g10 scalloped. nice and light and usable and sharp made by our own dcmartin on the forums

    enjoy the photos.

    lastly my lanyard attached..

I notice that the Grayman Duas are now shipping with a "smooth convex edge"

Now they're really looking a lot more attractive w/o the former edge. Did you make a request for that edge JM or did it arrive like that? Nice score!

I believe they re shipping with the convex edge unless you want the toothy working edge.

I just bought one as well, a green scale and titanium. It is great!! Perfect fit and finish, rock solid. The detent is very strong, and it is made from ceramic like a Sebenza. Great knife for an even better price! HIGHLY recommend

It also came quite sharp, I got a smooth edge instead of the working edge. I still worked it over on my wicked edge though

8 months later and still think my dua is great.

I love being satisfied with a purchase.

    can't argue with that.

Personally these are about the least appealing knives in the world to me, but they're putting a quality product out there and people love 'em, so good on them.

Mine have been through hell and back and I stand by my original remarks! I'm not sure there is a better built, tougher more reliable knife on the market for the price! Sniper you might want to get your eyes checked ! There are plenty of less appealing knives out there!
