It does look like a tank. Congrats and enjoy!

(I'd refine that edge though! )

looks like an edge i could reprofile in under 10 seconds on a 80 grit belt , along side my mower blade. honestly that edge doesnt do the rest of what looks like a nice knife justice. i dont care if they call it a working edge its horrible looking.

Heck, if it keeps the price point low- I'm all for it. Don't mind touching up the edge myself. Will pick one up (if they are still available), after this weekend- that is unless if I find something else that I'd like to try out first. But it is definitely on the to get list.

Nice looking knife, but I too think the edge is a bit off. I would imagine it tears more than it cuts/slices. But then, if your going thru cardboard - who cares. All though, I'd touch up the edge too. I have to agree - it looks like somebody honed it out on the concrete curb.

Many thanks for the in-hand and comparison pics! This one is definitely going to be one of my top choices next time I'm looking to get a folder with a 3" blade!

Cool knife. But I do gotta ask. Why do you have a picture of a washing machine as your avatar?.

Im just a wiseguy I guess and wanted someone to be like wtf w the avatar? So it worked! Ha! If it didnt sell i was going to chop it up with my Dua and put her out at the curb! Anyone own any of Graymans other knives? Im thimking of grabbing one of their other models!?

PS- Yo Neur! When I get my other Dua, if you want i ll ship one to ya and you can chk it out and maybe give us your thoughts?!! Just an idea

i would like to see a better picture of the edge for sure. it reminds me of this kid who lived next door who could tear up anything. i have seen him scrape his blade on an old rough poured concrete curb in an attempt to sharpen it. he trashed several nice knives in the years he lived next to me. i offered to sharpen his knives but he was real prone to cutting himself and felt safer with his concrete sharpened edge

That edge looks like crap, I have hacksaws that "cut and cut and cut" too. It's an interesting knife, but I hope this isn't the new trend in knife sharpening. All we need is a couple "gurus" too say it's good and everyone will be dragging their polished edges over the sidewalk because suddenly, they just slide off material. Now toothy edges just won't grab a tomato, need something a little more gritty.

Somebody ship these guys a 400 grit belt at least, that 60 they're using must need a break!

Great looking folder in all seriousness! Looks stout!

I know the edge looks odd and is totally against the norm but I cant stress enough this is a working machine that could probably cut my Millie in half! Although im contemplating sending one of mine to RJ to clean up with his magic wheels to see how it does with a "normal" edge? Just a thought......i really like Graymans edge so far!! Maybe the photos dont do it justice but i actually think it looks killer in person! With the quality in this guys product Im sure you ll be hearing more of him in the future and maybe he ll hit some shows and some of you doubters can check them out for yourselves!

I have one of his very early four inch suenamis, and I am very happy with it. It is as stout as rebar and I can't imagine EVER breaking it. I have contacted him numerous times with random questions and I can't say enough good thing about the customer service. Overall, with how impressed I am with his products, I am surprised that we don't see mor grayman threads on the forum.
