I made these Busse basic 6 sheaths the other day.

.09" kydex with my trademark talon hole lock.

You can actually take a piece of para-cord and run through the holes in the sheath and the talon hole on the Busse basic 6 and it will lock the knife in place.

You may also use a small diameter shank lock and keep people from pulling the knife out while you are away from it.
Someone like small children, I know training is the best prevention but this is an option.
