It really is a monster. I knew it was big, but I was still surprised when I opened the box! It's not just big, it's huge!!

Its been years since I have held an AR, but its certainly not smaller than the ZT 0200, I think its a bigger knife.

Received the knife yesterday, man what a beast!! Really did not realize the size of this thing. Also did not realize the steel is bg-42 even more awesome! Will carry for a few days, see what my thoughts are, and then send it on.

    Dan,
I will need the next persons info whenever you get a chance.

    Got it sent.

Thanks, guys for keeping up with this.

One more person, and then I'll get to work on the raffle. I'll probably go through and see if I can contact the folks who have participated on a pass with this knife, as I have most of their info. We'll see what sort of interest there is, and how exactly we want to do this. Spark has basicly said, do whatever you want. I'll get input from folks who frequent this forum. If you have any ideas, let me know. Here would be as good a place as any, or I can start a new thread.

i know i haven't handled this knife yet but im next in line so im going to throw out an idea

im not sure who bought this knife or if it was donated but if it was donated you should auction it off and give the proceeded to a military charity such as Wounded Warrior project.

or split the proceeds between blade forums and wounded warrior project.

maybe im haveing technical difficulties but here is what usos is telling me via the traching number

    Electronic Shipping Info Received
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on July 13, 2012 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

is the tracking number posted in this thread the correct tracking number?
    am i misunderstanding something?
or is this a USPS caused misunderstanding?

This usually means that the postage was purchased online and printed, but that the package may not have been dropped in the mail yet.

If it's dropped in after hours, it usually doesn't get scanned in until the next day. Some small post offices may not have the electronics to scan it in, but I would think that's less likely than the fact that it just hasn't been dropped in the mail yet.

    Check back again.

Thank you for the explanation, that's what I thought but I didn't want to assume anything.

Standard 20 per side, or the 40 degree edge on a spyderco sharpmaker is likely best for everyone, easiest edge angle to maintain.
