Where to invest $ for a sharpening system?
Just finished a Show last weekend and was given a demo on the "Wicked Edge" system. Pricey IMO but did give a consistant and sharp edge.
After reading the reviews here about Paper wheels from Woodworkers Source I'm now undecided...
Don't have a problem investing in good equipment just need to spend my Knifemaking money wisely
    Thoughts? Experiences?

Sharpening is such a personal preference. I think one thing worth considering is how your customer will sharpen the knife.

There are many ways to skin this cat. If your overall blade geometry, bevel angles and edge thickness are appropriate to what you want to cut, and your final edge is clean, it doesn't matter how you get there.
Don't assume I'm stupid just because I'm pretty.
