    Hi guys I purchased the Gold Membership with my credit card on Feb 16 and im wondering when it will kick in.

    Try clicking on the link below my signature to update your user group. If it doesn't work (yet), give it a couple days for Spark to get it sorted.

    Spark is going to have to look into this. I checked your profile and the "gold" status is not checked off. Did the charge show up on your credit card?

    If you use Paypal, it will be immediate I think.

    Ya I would have had I known that before, but i've already ordered it on my credit card. Hopefully it gets sorted out this week, I can't wait to get on the exchange.

    When I paid for my platinum membership by card recently, it was immediately effective and I received a receipt/purchase conformation email from 1SKS with a transaction ID number. If you didn't get an email and there has been no charge to your card, I'm guessing it didn't go through. Hopefully Spark sees this thread and can give you a definitive answer soon.
