Can't post positive feedback

Was trying to post positive feedback on a deal that's almost finished. But it's saying there is an error without telling me what the error is.

Background: Was pointed in the direction of a particular Knifemaker and asked about a commission. The whole deal was done through PM, and he had it done and is currently being sent, so i wanted to go ahead and give positive feedback but there was no thread which seems to be needed for the + feedback. I created a thread in the proper forum, and then tried to give the feedback. Hence where we are now.

Time limit? or something i'm missing?

Just a guess on my part:
Unless there was a specific thread where there was a clear item for sale, iTrader feedback is unavailable. Te solution would be to start a thread outlining the deal, experience, etc in the GBU. That would be just as good.
