Well Duncan, you got me off the couch and in the woods, so I have already won!!! I fell in love with my 53 acre playground all over again.
Today was the first nice day we had in a long time and I was able to spend it in one of my favorite places. Walking through the woods brought up a lot of old memories, it was a pleasant day.

I got some pic too.

Thank you Johnny. Its an old propane tank. Since I don't hunt but I LOVE to shoot I have to find fun targets

not much here, its a Swing guard by Case that I plan to turn into what I call the "Cub Special" basically taking the back guard off and adding an Easy Open cut out. havent gotten the stencil right just yet on the Easy open part

...depending on how Sue judges this...if its a toss up and she has trouble choosing? there will be a 2nd prize knife thrown in...this knife will remain a mystery.
