I don't have many pics, but Trade and the Almighty Biscuit does. I took 5 pics over the weekend. They were all of LadyMoose. Who done very well for her first time out. I'm a proud husband and on the search for here a badass boat, aka, A Tarpon 120.

BKT's in attendance were my BK 16, BK10, and an Effingham era Divetul. Helles yeah

    Lady gettin' her paddle on.

    More to come.

LadyMoose was impressive indeed. Looked like a pro paddling against a hellacious current to get back the tunnel. You would never know it was her first time in a kayak. She needs a boat. A good boat. Not one of those cheapass Perceptions either...

    Here's some pics we took.

You can see the BK 14 sticking out of the PFD pocket. Don't leave home without it.

    The LadyMoose in action

Our guide for this adventure, the Biscuit himself. (Notice he is in a Perception.)

    .

The Moose squaring off with Mrs Trade.

That Tarpon is one damn good looking boat.

It was a blast. A special shoutout to Hooper's and Guyon's friend at Cheatham Lock for making the trip possible. Also, Moose and Mel for bringing the strawberry corn liquor. Damn.

    Some scenery.

Big fun for sure. Appreciate what went into setting it up Biscuit. "Alabama C.S." Mike was with us as well and it good meeting him. I just wish I could have seen Moose carrying his kayak up three floors of the Micro-tel at midnight....

And carry that monster up 3 floors I did. Not gonna leave my baby strapped to the top of my Pathfinder for some thief to take and enjoy. God it beat me to death. Almost as bad as strawberry corn liquor. Mike, you want some corn liquor? Its strawberry.

Had a blast and much thanks to the Biscuit, Trade, Hoopers outfitters!!, and CS Mike for taking one for the team, right off the bat, and for such a good time. Hell yeah.

Nice boats. I have a 140 myself (looks like same year, based on the hatches). My front hatch gasket is crapping out - it's foam. Supposedly you can buy new rubber gaskets from WS at around $15 a pop. Otherwise it's a great boat. Got to surf a big bow wave off a huge cabin cruiser last year - it was so much fun I almost didn't see the rocks I was about to be dumped on. Some evasive maneuvers and I was ok.

I haven't had any trouble with my cheap-ass, old-school hatch (also Wilderness). I Armor All it once in a while, and it's still kicking after several years.

    Looks like an amazing trip!
It sure is spring. The bicycles and motorcycles are out on the roads here in New England, but the town hasn't cleaned up the remainder of the sand yet.
