Not at all..I got it pretty damn deep though, had a little white fluid oozing out, I don't know what the hell it was but it sucked...bruised and still sore as balls today. That picture was after my wife, who is a nurse cleaned it up and put some dermabond, which is basically a medical superglue in the cut.

Dermabond is the stuff the Gods created. I love it. I have a tube in a kit, somewhere, that has a little roller on it. Best stuff ever, but its funny how hard the stuff turns when it sets up. I found out about it after I had abdominal surgery to fix my 3rd hernia, they used it on me. After that, I had to have some.

I haven't been able to find any around here, so I just keep crazy glue on hand. It works pretty much as well. Maybe not quite as good but it's pretty good.

On a corresponding note, Been sharpening my Beckers up. The 9 takes a mean edge easily...damn 2 is a royal PITA to sharpen to a ''good'' edge! Of course, I aint been batoning knives and chopping up fridges with the 9 either...

you can find some on Amazon but it's expensive as hell...that's a good thing about being married to an RN...free medical supplies! my first aid kit for WTSHTF is AWESOME...It's like general hospital and stuff.

Next time you are in Walgreens or Walmart, check out the bandaid aisle for this stuff called New Skin..It's like a watered down version of Dermabond, but its still good stuff..

You know at risk of being a wus, I saw Ethen Becker wearing gloves in the Equipped to endure vid with the Machax and I thought, HMMM? Might be something to that.I was out chopping with the 9 and I brushed the glove with the edge of the knife and it cut through the glove but didn't leave a mark on me. No, it won't keep from chopping them off in clean wack but if i'm just a little bit stupid I might keep the damage down to a minimum !

My father in law bought me an HP TouchSmart a few years back. You can change it from a laptop, to a pad, plus it has the touch screen. There's a stylus that came with it, that acts as a mouse. You can hold the stylus about an inch or so from the screen, and make the cursor move. Crazy. I always feel bad, because I never really wanted a laptop, and this one just sits there. I think he paid in the neighborhood of $1200 for it. Damn.
