Fred Dodge - Case Damascus Barlow collection and Redrummd #7

Fred cannot post photos here so he asked that I post one of his Case Demascus Barlow collection and his first Redrummd knife - #7.

#7 is the earliest work that I still know who the owner is.

I"ve attached a picture for you of 5 of the Devin Thomas Damascus Case barlows together (Australian Chrysoprase, Peruvian Dumortierite, spiderweb fossil coral, Wyoming black nephrite jade and the Siberian Apple Green nephrite jade) that you have done for me.

And the little one down in front, that's Redrummd7, an Oregon Jasper nodule from quite a while back.

Fred, This is a great Barlow collection of excellent Gem quality stones. May I assume that you also collect the Buck 110's?

Michael, posting #7 must have been a real treat for you with some special memories. Wondering what is the finish date of #7?

I started working on knives in 2007 and just collected them at first I started selling them in early 2008.

Here is my 1 file photo of this knife. I used to only keep 1 photo.

I have had Mike rehandle just about everything but a 110, from Case to $10 no-names (with Russian Charolite / #131) and
a couple of rain drop daggers (with Utah Gray dino bone / #514) from somewhere in the far east (I'm pretty sure they were legal imports).
I know I have sometimes driven him to distraction with my choice of knives but he has made them all
look absolutely outstanding. There is a matched pair of Nambian Pietersite Cattaraugus Muskrats (CM-15
and CM-16 / Redummd617 and 618) that are unbelieveable, and then there is----bragging a bit too much. Everything he has done for me has been top of the line, in fact almost too good. Some of them look like premium grade commercial
production runs until you pick them up and feel the weight of the stone handles

Thank you for your picture offer, however, I have looked at your Charoite 131 and your pair of Pietersite Muskrats many times on Mike's 'Art in Stone by Redrummd' in bladeforums. I'm really impressed with the quality and beauty of your collection. Your have selected the some of the rarest stones available. It is obvious that you really enjoy your collection.....good show. Mike is really the master stone knife creator.....truly ART at it's finest. If you would like to send some other photo's of your collection, I would appreciate the opportunity to see them. Mike could furnish my email address.

I finally got a Buck 110 Pietersite from Mike and still hoping for a Charoite. I have also been able to get many outstanding premium Gems knifes. Some day I will take the time to post some photo's.
