I was imagining it being a little darker, but that's a super nice color nonetheless.

That's the exact kind of blue I wanted, a really bright vibrant blue. I know others were hoping for a more subdued "bladeforums" blue like on the site navigation bars, but for me the brighter the better. If I want a subdued color for a knife I get black/metallic/brown.

I'm tempted to order a second one. As always I'm sure these will sell for even more once the reviews start coming in and all the readers realize the only place they can get them is on the for sale forum from current owners.

I hope we can continue the tradition and do more knives like this. It's great to see companies willing to work with enthusiasts in producing limited edition knives that incorporate some great ideas. Kershaw is a really great company and I'm glad this project went forward.

(And just a dream, but if someone could convince Benchmade to do a run of Grips or Mini-grips with G10 handles and S30v blades........)
