Yes. He said he'll start by cross-referencing the e-mail address associated with your Paypal account with the one you used to sign up with BFC. He'll next search by the name associated with both your Paypal account and BFC profile. If none of that pans out, apparently, he's gonna contact members directly.

Spark has all the info he needs to ship out the knives themselves, but the previously-discussed membership bonuses obviously can't be mailed to you, so he's going to use the above methods to sleuth out which members bought knives in order to apply those bonuses.

How would he? A BFC membership can't be physically mailed to you. And as I mentioned (actually, Spark mentioned it himself, first), if he can't track you down with the first two methods, he will contact you directly through Bladeforums. Don't close your account between now and then (I'm not even sure if that's possible), and you're golden. Simple as that.

Oh man, this is awesome! I've already got a Skyline, and I love the handle and blade length. S30v makes this knife perfect. Ordered! Thanks Spark!

Just a little perspective on the price for anyone having a hard time justifying a $90 Skyline. You can pick up a regular production Blur in S30V stonewashed Al handle for about $90. The Skyline is smaller, but still long enough to not be un-desirable. So, no real reason for a price difference in my mind there. Same stonewashed steel, a wash again. G10 vs. Al handle may be preference only, but I will take G10 (and a cool color as well!) over Al most of the time. And this Skyline is a limited run production. And not speaking from the rarity side of the limited run, but from a manufacturing view, that could easily add money to the piece price to make up for lack of quantity. And it is hard to put a price on the exclusive opportunity presented to us. Oh, and I almost forgot about Spark offering some bonuses to BF members. As you see I am a basic member and have been thinking about upgrading to a Gold membership, and would love to get that thrown in. Anyway, just thinking out loud (well typing), because I have not ordered yet, but am convincing myself and hopefully others to do so as well.

I did it, and I know I will love it. I worked a deal out with my wife, she gets my regular Skyline (hard to give up because I have modded it and made it "my own"), and I get this one, plus I get to (get to not have to, just in case she decides to go on my boring website and read this) take her on an all day date. I already knew I was going to get one, just had not pulled the trigger yet. Now onto the waiting game.
