Thanks for checking out my thread!
I'm a one-man custom finishing shop and Kydex sheath maker. I finish in DuraCoat with many colors (mostly tactical in nature) in stock. I also offer beadblasting, and most DuraCoat jobs have beadblasting as the first process.
I'm also a knife dealer and can provide a new knife that has been customized, or work on your existing favorite knife.
By default I mostly work on Beckers and KaBars, but a knife is a knife!
BTW, many of the knives shown below don't have homes and are available for adoption! Contact me at DPolmon@juno.com for pricing.
Check out my photos below.
Guns, too! (Actually, it's how I got started). Glock 27s:
An example of media blasting services. Before and after:
This SP50 was used by students during an afternoon class on batoning hardwood logs. Although scratched, the DuraCoat finish held up remarkably well:

See the desert tan one above? That one became "S-s-s-s-sneaky, the Copperhead Machax".
KaBar MK1's and SOG NW Ranger:
Becker BK-7 that has been custom ground (narrowed blade with reshaped clip point) and DuraCoated with a proprietary desert camo finish. Factory micarta scales:
And who could forget the Easter Becker??? This Becker BK5 was done and posted as a tongue-in-cheek joke on the Becker Forum at Easter. I think it showcases some of my out-of-the-box ideas (and sense of humor):
The Creamsicle. A simple combination of colors on an ESSE/Becker BK14 Eskabar
A simple BK-14 job:
The Zombecker family of knives. Be ready for Armageddon! Top-to-bottom: BK16, BK-4 Machaxe, BK-14 Eskabar.

And for Independence Day, the BK-4th of July!

Another shot of the same knife with molded white epoxy scales:
Another Hybrid -- this one in a camo DuraCoat to resemble Air Force ADU uniforms.
Shot of modified jimping and radius-ed thumb rest:
NOTE: I DON'T DO BLADE POLISHING ON YOUR KNIFE!!! It takes hours and hours to bring a Becker blade to a high polish -- hours that, believe me, you don't want to pay me to do!
Let me make your knife a one-of-a-kind! PM me or email me at DPolmon@juno.com to discuss your needs/wants/wishes!
