    I'm a knucklehead and accidentally signed up for the basic membership and MEANT to sign up for the Gold. SO, I'm now signed up for both. Can you guys pro-rate me the difference?

    Your FAQ says to request a pro-rate, but I get the feeling there's no intention of actually doing this.
