love reading all these....it's just such a rarity nowadays to have this kind of customer service and its such a relief to experience. Being a small production business while maintaining a custom maker level of relationships with many of those customers isn't easy and takes efficiency and probably some patience, especially when individuals treat/use knives in manners they weren't intended to be.
Good to know I'm not alone in having nothing but positive experiences with Chris and Heather over the years. Best folding knife in the world and world-class service to accompany it . . . I'll not ask for more.
