Mete... you grind the oatmeal into flour. I made them this morning for Missus Mongo and the Mongo-ettes. They were awesome. I'll post up the recipe in a separate thread.
No, no. If you shoot Mongo, you'll just make him mad.

I've been on a bit of a pastry kick this week, so this morning was a pain au raisin with yogurt & jam. Tomorrow morning will be croissants if I can wake up early enough to get them in the oven.

I made some kind of exploding hello kitty waffles.
    No Joke.

    Protein Powder
    Flax
    quick oats

I don't know what it was, but when I opened the iron. BOOM. Waffles all across my kitchen.

I also made eggs for my wife.

Well, not a traditional breakfast, but I went out to dinner over the weekend so I sliced up my leftover prime rib, sauteed it in a little butter and had it with the leftover baguette from our excellent local bakery.

    120 grams of oats

    2 bananas

    4 hard-boiled eggs

and about 2 liters of water

thats been my meal 1 every day for the last year or so!

sometimes I combined it all into one dough-type thing (not the water..) and turn it into a giant banana oatmeal pancake, works well when I dont have a lot of time in the morning to eat before hitting the gym

Mother's day breakfast was smoked eggs. Take a large muffin tin (the type that makes six muffins), place two slices cooked thick sliced chipotle bacon in each cup, add an egg, and top with a slice of cheddar. Put the whole thing in the smoker for about 15 minutes and enjoy. Really good if you place on a nice grilled roll and make it into a sandwich.
