Li'l Ironwood Bowie - video added

Something a customer had me put together, and I'm glad he did!
I had not made one of my Lazy "S" guards in over a year, and the hot bluing really helped to set off the black lines in the Ironwood handle and the black halos around the hamon in the W2.
I also liked how I managed to sneak in some of those "ghosts" in the hamon - I love those.
    Anyway, she's sporting a 10 1/8" blade and 15 3/8" overall of Take-down Goodness.
    Thanks for letting me share.

That is something! Love its blade profile, love the ironwood, and that is quite the hamon.

    Karl,

    FINE Lil' Ironwood Bowie!

You're sure right about the bluing picking up the Ironwood lines.

Love that blade shape, and the hamon's just a beauty.

That is my favorite one of yours so far Karl! The subtle s guard, and the curvier handle just put it over the top.

Karl, I can't tell you how pleased I am with the results you achieved with this Bowie! You totally nailed it. I can't wait to get this in hand. Thanks again for making the Bowie I've always wanted.
