    No, it is NOT concealed. And you are not carrying it. It is stored. It is packed. It is being transported. But it is NOT concealed. You have not tried to hide it from view, you are trying to keep it from getting wet in the rain. Or what ever else you want to say. Just make sure that you believe it and can say it with confidence.

    I hope you never have to have this discussion with an over-eager officer. But if you do, your ability to maintain eye contact and make statements with confidence will go a long way. Even if you are wrong, you have to appear to have been respecting the law.

    Awesome, that’s a good response. I was a LEO for a few years when I was living in the states so I’m not worried about talking to other officers. I can usually get along with just about anyone. That and I have never been arrested or even had a moving violation so I’m pretty plain and vanilla when it comes to the law. Like I said I just prefer this knife over my folder, which when open incidentally is bigger lol.
