    Whoa, Whoa there! In my community property state, your separate property remains yours. Only property attained whilst in the midst of the wedded bliss is community property. Anything she brought into it is hers, and yours is yours, unless you take that property and commingle it. This works for cash, or probably, if you both have a large collection of Lego's and dump them into one communal lego bucket.
