My avatar is of my fuzzy ferret Prop. I took the pic, just as he was yawning submissively as in "Let me down!"

He passed away last year because of cancer 5½ years old.

I choose this pic because this way i still get to see him every day

That dogwood blossom is fine .The distinctive notch in the petals make it an easy ID. There is a story about the blossoms. It's my favorite landscaping tree. That's the flowering dogwood of course .Somehow I've now got a alternating leaf dogwood on my property .Never seen them around before.

Mine is from one of Iron maiden's Canadian tours. Its a pic of Eddie in team Canada's hockey uniform. It was the first time I ever seen Maiden live, it was amazing and I got the shirt.

do you mean the "crucifixion" story if so it also covers why they grow short and twisted. We had Danger Mouse over hear when I was a kid, it was a steady part of my Saturday morning diet along with tom swift & George of the jungle

Yeah, LA got it. They will take out the Blues for sure. I think they are going to be the Stanley cup champs this year.

Reminded me of a little dog that the wife and I adopted temporarily on a far northern Indian reserve. When the teaching contract ended we couldn't keep the formerly abused dog. I still care about that dog and it bothers me to this day. She used to follow me on bird hunting trips and sleep on my stomach when we were wasted from all the fresh air and exercise.
