So after WAY to much of this stuff last night...

I woke up to my wife saying that she wanted to get out and do something. She didnt care just something different. I on the other hand just wanted to milk this hangover, but she is the boss. So we got into the car and drove. We decided that if we just drove we were bound to run into an activity we can enjoy, something, anything. Well about 50 minutes southbound, my wife spotted what looked like a walking trail off the side of a drop off. So i turned at the next opportunity to see what we could find. What we found was a small state park i never heard off, with a nice sized lake (reservoir for the greater philadelphia area i found out later) and i could see all sorts of trails coming and going here and there. So we stopped and saw that they also offered boat rentals. SCORE! we rented a small boat with a tiny motor and went out for about 2 hours.

    checking the map

i wanted to get a pic of him holding the 17, but he is such a good boy that when i handed it to him he wanted to hand it back and said "this is a knife, i dont touch these!" so to get this pic i told him to look over there and snapped a quick on

    butterfly landed on the boat.

After the boat trip i asked the attendant about the trails. He said there are tons and to get a map since it will help you pick the hike thats best. They had some short, some long, and the main trail went ALL the way around the lake. So we got some snacks and some water and headed up the trail....

I like them CZ's myself. Overlooked by alot of North American shooters, but they are the number one service sidearm in the world, and like you said, damn accurate. I was looking into getting one myself...but the Austrian Blocks keep pulling me back lol.

Great photos, looks like an awesome lil trip. Going out with the GF tomorrow for a hike around Buntzen Lake, and to case out some spots for overnighter camping trips.

I gave them a heads up at the border Dubz. Have a great time, looking forward to the pics.

Clich, great pics of a nice day with the fam.

We're going to read about that kid carving you up one of these days. You can tell by looking at him he doesn't take crap off of anybody.

Thanks for taking care of that for me. Otherwise, I might have had to slay me a bunch of them there Kentuckians. Looking forward to going, but mom pulled up about an hour ago, and said she pulled her back. Not sure what's going to happen there. Asked her if she wanted to go or stay home, she said she wanted to go. She said at the very least, she would hang out at the cabin, while we hiked. Hell, I don't have to hike, I'll just be glad to get away for a bit. Supposed to rain anywhos.

First: Let me say that it is priceless to have a family that will head out with you. I have one and love it. Congrats on that.

Second: Am I the only one that thinks it looks like his wife is helping his kid vomit over the side of the boat? Just sayin. I’ve seen grown men in that same position.
