Hello picked up this folder at a show, solid knife has COLLINS on it and some initials on the shield, any help would be really appreciated .Thanks Dwight dmoore@tgtel.com

Definitely a 'custom' knife, not factory, but not by any of the Collinses I knew.

Levak, it's best to start a new thread as your knife is not related to the knife asked about. Also, include pics of knife with blades open and an enlarged close-up of any markings such as "Koln", etc.
