Boker Customer Service --Good?

I want to get a Boker Resurrection Gen 2. Only thing I am concerned about is the reviews were mixed with glowing comments but also a few complained about blade play up and down. I am not good at fixing stuff. Just wondered if I get one of the sloppy ones what are the chances of a good experience with Boker doing the adjustments?
Any thoughts much appreciated.

Based on my experience with Boker customer service I'd say your chances are pretty darn good!

I had a question about my model 2525 and rather than bug the office with an e-mail I drove the 1377 miles to Denver and spoke directly with Mr. Trahan and got my answer. Actually, I went to see my Dad who lives near the Boker USA office and could not resist a visit to their office.

Terry did me right on a issue with 2 boker fellows. He had to send them back to germany. Needless to say Terry, Bokerusa and those Boker German folks will do you right.
