I have 2 Colt Woodsman 10 shot pistol magazines listed on eBay. I was contacted by a gentleman in Alberta who would like to bid on them.
I am a bit concerned about sending any gun parts out of the USA. Any comments?

    TIA.

Don't take my word for it....but as far as I know (being Canadian) those should be fine. The gun model itself is not a prohibited or illegal weapon. They are not "extended" or modified mags or anything that would be construed as illegal. I do not have a PAL (firearms license) but I can purchase after market gun parts (scopes, mags, grips, triggers etc.)....just not the gun itself or the ammo.

Thanks. It appears that it is OK.

Those mags are fine in Canada. US export laws on firearm/parts is where it can get a little tricky.

I'd label them with model and capacity, as well as the buyers PAL number on the receipt, just so the customs guys, if they look, know its going to a legitimate buyer. that's just my guess. you can also look up the Alberta firearms officer http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/c...fo-caf-eng.htm they should be able to answer any questions.
