My kydex work for Becker Knife & Tool (and some others)

I am a beginner Kydex bender, Im evolving and improving every day. I keep my prices economical and I'm open to trades. My goal is to create a practical product at ''every man'' prices.

I have several of the Becker line
    11
    14
    13
    9
    16
    4
    with 5, 7, 17 and 15 coming soon.

I will be happy to make sheaths for any other knife/tool (within reason) if you are willing to ship the knife to me.

Shoot me an email (black_lab63 AT yahoo DOTcom) or PM me on here with any questions.

I use .80 kydex with 1/4'' rivets, set with a press and spaced for tek-loks and MOLLE locks. sanded/polished edges.

I keep most basic colors in stock, can order any color you want. I take the order, give a rough estimate, then send pic of finished product with final price for your approval, take payment at that time and ship. This isn't my full-time job, but I strive to keep turnaround time very short. Special color requests may add time to order.

On occasion I may offer pre-made sheaths for sale on a first-come first-serve basis.

Some pics of my work, none of these are available for sale, just a representation of my sheaths. I can try to make any style/design you prefer.

I have a few non-becker knives and tools, and I acquire more every week LOL
I like challenges and new things....so feel free to inquire about ''odd'' work or creative ideas you may have.

    Thanks for your consideration,
    Clayton

You went Pro. Cool. Good luck. Question, Do you use adhesive or just rivets?

I just use rivets at this point, lots of techniques still to be tried and tested. I don't have a problem with overbuilding, but I also feel rivets are more then sufficient, but I may try adhesives at some point.

I don't have a BK6 (I wish) so I cant make a sheath for it, unless you are willing to pay shipping to and from and ship your 6 to me. I would suggest you buy the insurance if you choose that route..and I can't accept responsibility for it's loss in the mail.

If that's agreeable I would be happy to make a sheath for the 6.

Hey thrillbilly, are you anywhere nearby me? I'm going to have some knives that will need sheaths soon, customs, not Becker's. It'd be great to have someone I could just drive to for sheaths

Thrillbilly just left for a trip this morning so it will be a few days until he's back. I am not sure if he will have internet during his trip so I just wanted to pop in here on his behalf and let you know in case it takes him a few days to get back to you. I have bought several sheaths from TB and am very happy with his work. I can also tell you hes about 60 miles south of you. So give him a few days to get back to you, it will be worth it.

Thanks for the answer B.Mauser. It'll be at least several weeks before I have the next batch of knives ready for sheaths so there is no rush 60mi isn't too far at all.
