Both are LNIB (have been handled, sat in their boxes). They do have half-stops, which is a nice perk. I'd like to see these go to a good home.

Asking $45.00 for the Congress and $40.00 for the Mini-Trapper. Buy both for $80.00. Buy all (2 pens, 1 Congress, 1 Mini-Trapper and a partridge in a pear tree ) for $115.00 if anyone happens to be interested.
