I have some AWESOME alligator hides & croc back straps for sale. The awsome back skins are a matte finished, and the bellies are glazed. These are Sweet! I am having a hard time not keeping them all for myself. These will all make awesome sheath inlays, overlays or work great on other leather projects. I have a few that are called rub-offs. They look black but have another color under the black. You can take a rough sponge or something abrasive and rub some of the black off to let some of the underlying color come through. This makes a very cool 2 tone look.
