Good to see you back mistwalker! Thank you very kindly for the Blade Show pictures. It must have been pretty neat to meet folks and handle the knives firsthand . It gives me insight as to what I am missing and the need to plan more carefully how to attend next year's Blade Show!
That Pocket Kilo is a neat looking knife you picked up. Can you gives us the specs (i.e., blade steel, length, width, blade height, etc. )?
Thank you.

I think Dylan calls that one the Pro 6-5. Sweet knife, I have a pk that is great!
Happily addicted to barrel aged brew, titanium, and bushfingers!!!
Thank you EM.

More of the lovely wives and less of the guys, hmmm
Ok, through some creative cropping...more of Mrs. Fletcher and Mrs. Roy
Proof that I did drop off the sheaths at Dylan's table as I said I wouldSorry Andy is still visible in this one...
A couple more shots at the booth
A shot from the after party
My lovely wife contemplating a TOPS I.D.T.
Then seeing how long she could make it take to get to the pit...this is why us guys are always late getting places...
Kim, a good friend and the lovely wife of Rob Falkenhayn of Exotac with her new Australian frog skin purse...
Jeff Randall's new lovely wife Wendy. Very sweet lady and I'm still not sure how Jeff managed this...
Fellow SRI writer Payge McMahon, pretty sure she's not married...but still lovely...
I probably have more...but I really need to get back to work
.
Thanks man, glad you enjoyed them, and me too!
Oh, I'm never gone for long, and lurk here a lot...I'm just really busy right now, and somewhat short on funds so I read and don't always talk...
I'll have to do the measuring but here are a couple of size comparison shots with an ESEE Izula-II, a Becker BK-11, and my TOPS Tibo design. I have a think for pocket-able fixed blades.

Yeah, Dylan only does 40 of any one design, then creates a new design. I am hoping he does a straight clip version of the BOs later.

Thanks mistwalker. I too like pocket-able fix blades. Those photos of Dylan's knife hit the spot as I though it was a wee bit larger. Thank you.![]()

Tactical butter knife? Ok, what did I miss Brian?

Friday morning 2 of my Bladeshow knives arrived in the mail. My Fiddleback Camp knife and Fletcher Operator 575. Still waiting on another to show up. After I picked up the knives and walked home, I washed both and put them to work cutting veggies up for my Tin Foil dinner. There is a Fire Ban in Zion right now so to cook dinner we had to leave Zion's to SpringDale (town just at the mouth) to a City park. Used the Operator 575 to whittle some sticks while the scouts were playing in the park after dinner. Good knives! I didn't get pictures of the knives in use at the parks so I took some this afternoon and here you go:

Everything is perfect except one small gripe; with the beautiful full convex why add a small secondary bevel? It is a lot easier to add one than it is get it back to full convex.
The Heber sheath is also very nice![]()
That is a very nice and able knife NoFair. I know you have been tracking one down in stainless for some time and I am happy to see you succeeded. Congratulations! She is a beauty!
Thank you for taking the time to post the photos.

Nice knives, lovely ladies.
A subtle hint of danger using poison ivy as the back drop in the following photo?

Been slow getting my pics out. Most of my play time has been fishing or family time lately. Here we have Dan's Hiker from Blade!
Nice sheath!
Obligatory fuzz stick pic!
I've held it a bunch but not used it much so I can't comment on it too much. Handle is sweet though...feels great in varied positions and I feel I have total control. As per Dan's data a complex algorithm to produce this- sucker is light too!Even 1/8" stock with a narrow blade profile makes this feel sturdy though. I'm knocking down the secondary bevel for full convex. I want to see how it goes in the kitchen, but the other blade my proxy scored for me was the Scrap Yard elmax blade and that's a slicing machine and in the kitchen all the time.
Nice looking blade Dan!![]()
