Old Puma 6303 input needed

I just got this knife in a package deal with some Randalls.

I can find almost nothing on this knife. Any ideas about age or value?

You can also see one of the leather rings is a lighter color. Any idea if that might be original or is that a replacement ring?

I had several of the Puma 6303 hunters over the years, some with single guards and others with double guards, but I never saw one with this double crossada type guard you have shown here. I seem to remember having seen the Puma 6303 line first in a reprint of a 1940's Puma catalog some ten or so years back.

I know that some sources are referring to a 1940's PUMA Sales catalog which is to be found under this link:

The catalog is illustrating several knife patterns, that PUMA introduced in the early/mid 1950's only. This catalog must be dated 1954 or post that year.
