An Epic Animated Unboxing of an Awesome Star-Tac Umnumzaan born on my B-Day

I had to do something special to celebrate getting this sweet HEC EDC knife since it was assembled by hand on my birthday of March 19. I wish I knew how many of these are hand made each day, it might make it even more rare if they only made a couple Star-Tac knives per day, I would really like to know how many there are total if anyone has a clue.
The story behind this knife & me getting it is pretty interesting too. I may have to tell it later on.
All in all I am really stoked that my 1st Chris Reeve Knife was born on March 19, 2012, my B-Day & plus my name is Chris, it definitely was destined to me mine though. I spent 2 days looking for just 1 StarTac & planned on buying the 1st 1 I found because I wanted one so bad, & on the 2nd day I found 1 brand new in box & I had to pay a premium for it too, (about $50 more than retail because the seller had to add tax because the seller is in TX, so as I), but I am completely satisfied & I would not sell it for 2x as much (which is $960).
I hope you guys & gals will enjoy this video production & I now know what it is like to own a knife that is solid like a fixed blade that's bulletproof like a tank & looks like a Ferarri.

This is a stop motion animated video made up of over 600 pictures played back at several pictures per second, enjoy.

Enjoyed the video. Reminds me of time-lapse recording, but with stop motion it seems you get to control the scene, very cool!

Very nice! One of the highlights of Blade show for me was getting to meet Mr. Reeve, and him complimenting the two-tone job I did on my startac.

I have one to and they are discontinued, I wouldn't sell mine for 1500. Wilson isn't even accepting back orders on ANY of these models anymore so I expect the secondary market will extreme the price to nearly double within a month.

The guy who sold me the Star-Tac has a Star-Benza small for $380 & it was born on March 26 which is 7 days after my birthday. I'm contemplating on wether I need or even want a Sebenza right now since I told myself there is no logical reason that this Umnumzaan can't be my last purchase for the rest of the year. 

That looks very interesting, may do something like that a year or 2 down the road when I get a couple scratches on it. I am really thinking about getting the handles Cerakoted or electrically anodized.
