Happy day for all you dads and granpops -
I did not get to see my grandkids - but I did get a call from my daughter that made me very happy.
Had to attend the services for a close friend today - it was very interesting, an Ethiopian Orthodox Catholic service - 4 hours long and I am told that was the abbreviated version!
Sad day but my friend is finally at peace and so his wife and family can now find their new normal.
Everyone enjoy your day and family!
best

Thanks, you to, hope you all have a good one
Happy belated Father's Day! I hope it was a good one. I had to work, and it's just as well. This is the first one since my dad passed last summer. After work I hoisted a cold one and reflected on my time with him. I hope everyone here spent time with their father or the memory. Our Dads made us what we are! I for one am grateful for mine.
